TRAINER AND CLIENT

YOUR NEXT SESSION
IS ALREADY HERE.

Trainers build the schedule, confirm times and cut no-shows. Clients see the week ahead and ask to move a session. The same schedule, from both sides.

What Gympacer does

A schedule that knows the training: who, when, where, what it costs and what was done in the session.

The day and the weekRecurring classes generated from each student’s weekly contract, open times you can publish, and blocks for your own commitments.
Students and groupsRegistration with a contract, a price per class and a sport. Groups train together, and each member keeps their own attendance and history.
The workout on recordExercises, sets, reps and load, session by session — each student’s progression stays where it happened.
Automatic remindersE-mail and WhatsApp before the class, in the trainer’s own words, at the lead time they choose.
Travel between classesTwo students on opposite sides of town stop being something you find out in traffic.
Weather for outdoor classesRunning, Functional, Football, Tennis, Beach tennis, and Cycling show the forecast for the hour of the class.

See it in 60 seconds

From the day's schedule to pix billing: the whole Gympacer, in one minute.

13 sports, and whatever you type

The sport sets the class icon, the price of the contracted activity, and which classes ask for the forecast. The marked ones happen under the sky.

A student can contract more than one: strength three days a week and functional on two, each with its own time, duration and price.

Google Calendar integration

Optional and reversible. Once connected, every class booked in Gympacer becomes an event in the trainer’s calendar, and the commitments already there block the schedule here. Four permissions, each one holding up something visible on screen.

calendar.events
Create, update and delete the event for each class in your calendar, keeping both sides identical when a class moves or is cancelled.
calendar.freebusy
Read the times you are already busy, so nothing is booked over a commitment that already exists.
openid · email
Show on the integrations screen which Google account is connected, so you can check before syncing.
What the integration never does
  • Request the broad access that would allow deleting entire calendars.
  • Sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence models.
  • Keep access after you disconnect: the token is deleted that same instant.

How it starts

From signing up to the first class on the schedule, with no spreadsheet in between.

  1. Create your accountE-mail, password and WhatsApp. On a supported device the password goes to the system keychain and comes back with biometrics.
  2. Add a studentName, contact, address and what they train — with the price of each contracted activity.
  3. Set the weekly daysMonday and Wednesday at 7am, Friday at 6pm. The month’s classes start appearing from that contract on their own.
  4. Invite them, if you wantThe student gets an e-mail invitation and creates their own account to see the classes. Optional: the schedule works without it.

On the student’s side

An account of their own, with what is theirs and nothing beyond it.

  • The week’s classes, with time, duration, sport and who it is with.
  • A request to move a class, within the notice period the trainer set.
  • The workout they did — exercises, sets and loads, session by session.
  • A reminder before the class, by e-mail and WhatsApp, at the lead time the trainer chose.
  • Their photo and details, which they keep up to date themselves.
  • Nothing belonging to another student. Every query is scoped to the account that asked.

Plans

There is a free plan, and paid plans by number of students. Billing is monthly or yearly, processed by Stripe, and the card never passes through our servers.

Start without payingAnyone who has not picked a plan keeps using the product. Nothing expires on its own and no data is locked away.
Grows with the rosterEach plan holds a number of active students; you move up when it gets small, not when a date arrives.
Cancelling is one clickThrough the Stripe portal. Access runs to the end of the period already paid for, with no new charge.

Security and privacy

The most sensitive data here is not yours: it is your student’s. The product was written from that starting point.

  • Every query is scoped to the account that made it, and automated tests verify this on every change.
  • Your password is never stored in readable form. Not here, not in the browser.
  • Integration tokens are encrypted, and disconnecting deletes the token that same instant.
  • Photos live in private storage, served through an authenticated route — never a public address.
  • The weather forecast receives a rounded coordinate, and no name or phone number.
  • You can ask for your data back, or for its deletion, at any time.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to connect Google Calendar? No. The integration is optional, and the product works in full without it. Connecting gives you the schedule mirrored in your calendar and the commitments already there blocking new bookings.
What if I disconnect? The token is deleted immediately and access to your calendar ends. Events already created stay where they are — they are yours.
Does my student need an account? No. The invitation exists for those who want the student to see their own classes and request changes. Without it the schedule stays the trainer’s, and reminders still go out.
Does Gympacer receive my student’s payment? No. What they pay is agreed between the two of you; here the amount is recorded and totalled, and nothing more. Stripe only charges the trainer’s subscription.
Does it work outside Brazil?Yes. Interface in Portuguese, Spanish and English, a timezone per account, international phone numbers and prices in three currencies.
